CNFS Observation Boats

Situated in the centre of the little town of Villers-le-Lac, we offer guided cruises to the waterfalls, every day from Easter to the end of October. It is a 14 km round-trip by boat that takes in amazing sites and beautiful scenery. We make a stop at the Saut du Doubs, where you will be free to go for a walk. (2hours)

The most important natural site in Franche Comté, listed as a “Grand Site National” in France, the Saut du Doubs is a spectacular and dazzling waterfall from a height of 27 meters.

Come and sail aboard our electro-solar hybrid boats: since 2009 our boats “Vénus” and “Sauconna” have been powered in this way so that we can continue to protect the site and the environment (eco-tourism label).

This significantly lesses the noise and helps respect nature, offering comfort not just to our tourists but also to the people living at the lakeside and to the fauna.
