In the old family house, come to see the century old copper stills, in use every day !

Since 2001, François Guy absinthe once again gives its nobility to this mythical aperitif.

Sample it like in the old times at the absin­the-fountain, drop after drop, to discover all its aromas and flavour.

The distillery produces since the prohibition of Absinthe a unique product based on the distillation of anis : The Pontarlier-Anis.

We also distill pine buds which are harvested at the beginning of spring to make a liqueur "LE VERT SAPIN", a speciality of Pontarlier. 

Certain vats are those we used in 1900 to age absinthe. They are made of oak and still in perfect condition. Alcohol does preserve!

The products made in our factory are natural, made from plants or fruit, and their attractive colours owe nothing to artificial colourings.
